It Goes On Posts: 2262 Location: Muskogee, OK	I use a long acting Dexamethasone called "Voren"- Dexamethasone Isonicotinate is the actual drug name. It lasts for about 4-6 weeks. Has worked well on both skin allergy and respiratory allergy cases. On my fly bite allergy mare a combination of this longer acting Dex and Platinum Performance skin and allergy has worked great on her.
