We are in the process of trying to build an indoor county facility.  Because the opposition group, created a petition, I created one as well (tounge in cheek).  So if you could please help out my little cause I'd appreciate it.

You don't have to live in the county to sign? Did you have to file the petition with the county court house?

No its a totally worthless in my opinion but those opposed have one so i started one just to oppose them. lol  You don't have to live in the county.  

I would like to pick your brain about how you went about this? Funding, who you taked to. . . I would think if Beaver County can have a nice facility like this there should be a way for Rich County to try and get one.

Take a look at this link.  It show funding, layout, site selection, economic impact.  Most counties in Utah have the exact same funding sources, so it comes down to how they want to use them.
