I am very disappointed when I see an ad that states Elgible for a list of incentives. Why not nominate them.  It costs a lot of money to nominate them past a year old.  It for sure costs you a sale or at least a much lower value of your horse.  Look up the cost of late nominations. 

Seems to be more and more are sold like this even in the big incentive sales......

I don't understand breeders not paying their foals in.  Yes, it's expensive but I look at it as an investment that will pay when I sell. 

Well I am still ranting a bit.  I have been shopping for a nice Breeders Challenge filly.  Most that I find say eligible but have not been paid in.  

There's a Stoli 3 yo filly adv. on here that is paid up in BC.
