Location: Texas		Husband used to ride saddle bronc horses when he was younger. He now wants a "real" saddle bronc halter custom tooled and dyed/painted. For his head horse I'm having a problem finding someone who does really nice tooling and dying who would want to attempt this. Any recommendations? Or should I just buy a plain one and send it to a saddle shop and have them do it?
