I realize this is a ration balancer and you are not suppose to feed any vitamins and minerals with it since it has all that in it, but is it truly enough?

Depends on the horse. I have a mare that stays fat on 3lbs a day. If the horse is an easy keeper and you're feeding good hay/pasture free choice, it should be enough. But some horses need that extra fat in their feed to keep weight.

Just depends on the horse really. I like it for easy keepers that don't need anything more than hay/pasture to stay fat.

And yes, it is a complete, concentrated, feed. It truly has everything the horse needs as far as vitamins, minerals, protein, amino acids, etc.

My horses are out on good coastal bermuda pasture 24/7 and have free choice coastal bermuda hay 24/7 when the pasture declines in drought or winter.  I feed the Triple Crown 30% and love it.  If I think they are losing a little condition due to hard work, I add in some alfalfa pellets or oats.  All three of my horses have been raised on it, they are now 12, 8 and 2 years.

My mare tends to be a fatty, so I use the 30%. I can't feed her enough of another concentrate to give her the vitamins/minerals/protein and still keep her from getting fat. I don't feed it to hard keepers.
When I bred her, the vet didn't want her getting too big. She was an older maiden, and he said keeping her weight good would help her more than anything. I used the 30%, and added a little Growth the last 3 months. Her weight stayed great, and she looked good the whole pregnancy and while nursing and had a big healthy filly.
It says you can add oats if you need more calories. If you wanted to add some fat you add rice bran or Omega plus. It is nice bc the same base feed can work for a lot of horses.

Edit: Just saw you are using it for your yearling, I do too, and she does great. She has kept a nice weight.
