Im going to buy some sore no more to go under my pht magnetic boots and idk if I should get the gel or poultice? I will be using it for hauling and then staying in a stall at night when at barrel runs.

I use gel for everything underneath PHT.  However, I don't have enough PHT stuff to go around so I put the mud on everything else...

I use the liquid--put it in a spray bottle to make it easy.

I prefer the spray liniment.  I would probably do that under the wraps.  I like the poultice while being stalled or after a run.  Hint: use medical rubber gloves to apply the poultice!  I keep a box in the trailer.

I would use the liniment to go under your wraps since the poultice will get them pretty dirty. I love the poultice for stifles, knees, and legs if I'm not going to put my BOT wraps on but if I'm going to wrap then I only put the poultice on the stifles and sometimes knees.
