I was waiting on a mock up of our brand, and I haven't gotten a response in about three weeks, but I gave up ordering a week ago, since there is no way to get it in time now. My sweetie ordered me another (we are out in the middle of nowhere, so not possible to just walk in a store & get one) & it got here last nite ... but then my internet was down! I have had nightmares w/that too - got Verizon's Home Fusion & it has been the best so far but still not "good". Seems we are in an area that is very hard to get good reception. At any rate, I am online now - hopefully for good!! - & in the process of trying to get everyone caught up!
