| This past two weeks has been stressful to say the least.
Mom, sick, first with strep throat, then pneumonia , in hospital since Friday. dad was sick couple days, he has dementia so very hard to tell. I have three amazing sisters, Kay Blandford, Donna Barnett, and Vickie Liles. Me being the oldest, kinda puts me as main caregiver most of the time, I live the closest. Don't have. 9-5 job, mine basically round the clock, with animals and parents. Kay had to come from San Antonio, to help us rotate taking care of mom in hospital and dad at home. I am down started as sinus infection, now ear and laryngist.
MY FAMILY IS PRECIOUS. We ALL get along and ALWAYS have each others back . One phone call and it GETS DONE!
I have a picture of us four on horse back, sign under says WE DONT CALL 911. Don't mess with the Proctor girls. LOL
I'm here at dads spent the night, Kay at hospital. Praying Mom gets out today after blood test , they were good yesterday. Mom turned 80 Feb 18, she is a young 80 a doer.
WE ARE BLESSED
I don't have my daily journal here, so be tomorrow for I can post scripture. I pray that all see the precious time we have on earth, it's about Jesus, family and friends. All the other stuff is just extra blessings we usually take for granted. LIVE FOR TODAY, HAVE JOY and PEACE! You cannot take any of the possessions with you, so please don't live for them.
for it is WITH God all things are possible
Father, guide me today to do all things that bring glory and honor to You. Father, lay Your hand of healing grace (favor) over Mom Virginia, Don Wilson, Tersa Hart, Jan Cagle, Barbara Cates, Angela Bright, Andrea Cline, Dale Clark, Dewess family, Troy Brandenburg, and me, Lord you know these and so many more. I pray joy, peace and comfort AMEN

Thank you for this reminder as I am about to embark on a journey to try to do just this. Putting in my resignation on Thursday to take a HUGE pay cut so that my family has a "better" me everyday. Prayers of healing sent your way. Thank you! | |
