Veteran Posts: 150 Location: Okla	I try to read these posts as often as I can-not to hear people disagreeing on stuff that's a waste of time/air, BUT to learn. I'm 70 and still learning, I read so much about Muscle Mass so decided to try it. Amazing stuff !! Had I not read from y'all about it here, I never would have known or tried it. So, this Granny thanks you all !!!
