Not sure what to do next

Over a month ago my horse started bobbing his head while at a trot. I took him to the vet and he has inflammation in his right fetlock. I had the choice of injection or medicine wrap and medication. I decided to go the wrap rough for the inflammation was minor. It still wasn't better so I put him on Silver Lining Herbs, for it was suppose to help. Although I am not seeing results. Does anyone have anything that they have used and seen results? I will do the injection if necessary, but just seeing if there is any other options.

X ray, ultrasound, possible MRI, go from there. No more gimmicks.

It sounds like option B hasn't worked so it's time to go back to the vet for option A and further explore injections. If you haven't done X-rays etc as mention it would be prudent to do them and figure out why you have inflammation.
Seek a second opinion from a different vet if you feel you need to

Agree, seek a second opinion. I'm dealing with a strained tendon that presented as just a little swelling in the fetlock. He never took a lame step, but he'll still need between 9 and 11 months off to heal. Don't take the chance and risk further injury.
