Kind of run of the mill, but for my friend's bachelorette party in September we're going to this really awesome restaurant with a bar upstairs. It's so much fun and has the best dancing ever! We're also doing the bridal shower that weekend to cut down on traveling and costs. I had a friend who did her friend's bachelorette party basically in a camper in BFE. I think if I had one camping in tents would be a blast! Drinks, cornhole, and fun around a fire sounds like a good time to me

Depending on where you live you could also find a bar crawl to sign up for or a free concert or nifty festival/ music festival to go to. Maybe even a neat winery, small country concert place (we have Schmitt's Saloon here where I live in WV). Just some ideas that are fun and on the cheaper side! Bar crawls are pretty cheap and fun!

My best friend got married earlier this month. We did a movie night out. She isn't much of a bar type person. So we invited a lot of friends over, did our hair and make up before, drank wine, went to eat at a fancy restraunt (Thanks to her now husband who paid for the food), went to a movie, went bowling, and then ended the night(early morning) watching her favorite Gilmore Girls re-runs with snacks inspired by the show. She had a blast.

We went with her to get her hair done the morning of the wedding and I brought breakfast and snacks for us all. We each got our nails and toes done together and we didn't let her pay for any of it. I took up donations on facebook lol.(Make sure you turn the privacy to where she can't read it.) I ended up collecting over $300. She didn't have to pay for her hair or make up or toes and had plenty left over to spend on her honeymoon. It was a great way for the people who only had $10-$20 to spend on a gift to get her something "big". I had everyone who donated sign a card.
She had a blast with all of us there for hair and make-up. She said it calmed her nerves.
We had a great time.

I think it would all depend on what the bride likes? Just some ideas...

winery
bar crawl
camp out (cookout, bonfire, etc..)
spa day
music festival
concert
amusement park
water park
day at the beach
antique road trip
art class (paint party, pottery, etc...)
