I've always been curious about this bit but I've never bought it. From watching some of their videos, they say the bit will help round a horses ribcage around a turn but it's not real aggressive. Who rides in one and what kind if horse did you put it on? Anyone don't like it? How's the quality?

I am by no means a bit guru but this one was suggested to me about 10 years ago for a horse that was too ratey and too bendy (lazy and reining trained) and that horse loved it.  That horse has sinced passed so I don't have a horse that I run in it right now but I use it at home all the time.  The horses like it and the riders' hands like it.  My daughter and I both try to grab it before the other one gets it.  I don't use it to run my 'fire breathing dragons' because I want more stopping power.

I just ordered this bit for my bendy gelding hoping it gives him more bend in his middle and not just him bending his head.

How does a bit make a horse bend in his middle? Wouldn’t your seat/leg influence his middle more?

No idea, that's why I'm asking.

In my opinion it helps them bend in the middle more by bringing up the shoulder and nose, getting them on the rear allowing them to bend in the middle....
