A friend posed this question today. I rely on BHW as my Wikipedia on all things barrel racing so here goes!
Please give details and experiences you have had as a seller or a buyer!
I think it depends on where your are located. I have enjoyed the Krogman sale in September - Valentine, NE for the northern sales and the Fall Jim Ware Triangle Sale in Shawnee, OK for the south.
As a spectator I thought the Glenn Wood Memorial horse sale last year in Salina had some great prospects.
I bet it's even better this year now they have one year under them.
It depends on if you want a deal or a magazine article on how much you spent.
Deal - the Glen Wood sale is probably the most under rated, under advertised, and under attended.
Article- The Dynasty Premier.
We were looking from a buyers perspective and on the flip side, a sellers perspective.
Does anyone have a sellers’ perspective?

From a seller's perspective - I see a lot of horses go for a lot of money at the Black Hills Stock Show Sale. Never purchased one there because they always go above my budget. However, I am located in the upper midwest so I do not have input on the southern sales.
