Hello! Looking for opinions on freestyle/ euroscicer/ panel walkers. Please tell me what brand(s) you have used and what you like/dislike. 
programable or manual speed adjustments?

I have a 6 horse Trojan. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have a few friends that have the Freestyle from Bob Hamilton .

it's priced reasonably and is easy to maintain. 
I also have a few friends with Preiffert free walkers. They're more expensive but seem to hold up well and are programmable. 

mine has a pre set program that switches directions , does 3 different 

 speeds and runs about 25 min. I mainly use the manual speeds. I also put micro sprinklers in my alley so there's no dust and I have a drag that attaches to a panel so I can drag the alleyway. 

Liana D- thank you for this information. I appreciate hearing that you have the programmable control, but only use the manual. i am trying to decide if the programmable is worth the extra cost. thanks again so very much!

Had the Freestle out of Georgia, so it due to things breaking (control knobs disenegrsted several times, shorts in electrical wires where it came out the arms to the panels, control box).  I did like that the panels were hot.

Replaced it with a pro-walk, MUCH heavier made walker and panels.  Only feature they need is, panels need to be "hot" and they are working on that fix.

do you have any thoughts on the programable v manual control panel?

The walker from georgia would run 15 minutes each direction, then reverse for one hour.  At first I did miss this feature, mainly cause I had used it for so long.  My new Pro Walk does not have this feature and I've had it almost one year, I really don't miss it now.

I have a friend who uses her Pro Walk with 4 horses at a time in the walker and has had NO issues with the panels not being "hot", however I have a somewhat smart and lazy gelding...he has figured out how to slow the walker down...so in my case he needs the panels "hot".  These panels are heavy made panels, not panels out of cyclone fencing material.  When my Georgia walker shorted out and the panels were not "hot", the horses would just let the lightweight panels go over the top of their backs.  The Pro Walk panels are much lower to the ground and HEAVY, so they are not going to go over a horses head or back.
