Regular Posts: 60	People that I know that use BOT use it all the time. They'll use it in the morning on the way to the race, in their stalls overnight, before a run, after a run and the horse is cooled down, etc. I haven't bought anything for my horses yet but I just bought a knee brace and t-shirt for myself... so we'll see how well it actually works before I go spending $275 for a sheet! lol

Expert Posts: 3514	I use them 3 days out from a barrelrace or rodeo. Then the day of. TKr them off 2 hours before a run. Love them.

Living within my means Posts: 5128 Location: Randolph, Utah	I just bought a blanket and I really like it. I did notice my horses do get hot in it so I just watch how long it's on if it is warm. I also have the pillow wraps and hock boots. I really like to use the standing wraps in the stall, but I haven't ever left them on over night. I don't notice myself getting too hot in the knee brace I use for myself.
