Has anyone on here ever been? Likes and dislikes? Would it be worth taking a pretty green on the barrels horse?

Our son was showing when Kristin was years ago, She was a heck of a hand. I've never been to one of her clinics but I have a friend that has, she's a teacher as judged by my teaching friend. So I would think because of her background your going to get the all inportant foundation of drills to help your novice horse. I say go, from what I remember her doing in the warm up pens when she was a young gal she's bound to have another 100 tools in her tool box to share with you today.

Definitely! I recently took two that were pretty green on the pattern. I rode one in the advanced clinic, and the other in the regular. She treats each horse/rider combo as individuals, so even though the group will be doing the same drill, she will help you and your horse based on what you need to do to work that drill. She truly is a knowledgeable horsewoman, and she focuses on good horsemanship. Like any clinic, there will be "down time" when she's helping other students. Take advantage of that time. I wrote down so many notes about issues or drills that didn't pertain to the horses I'm riding now, but are things I could see coming up with a future horse. Diana keeps things organized and running smoothly. I can't say enough good things, and highly recommend her clinics to riders of all skill levels.

Don't know about the green horse but she is a heck of a trainer and such a nice person.

I love her clinics and plan to go to a advanced one too. She tries very hard to make sure everyone gets equal time and she rides everyone's horse which i also like. she's very handy I don't think a young horse would be a problem you will learn lots of drills that will help a young one

I LOVED her!! The way she conducts her clinics is awesome. You'll learn her drills, why she does the drill, and then the next drill to build off the one you just learned. She also gets on your horse and rides it for you. Very nice lady and quite a hand in my opinion.

I've been to I think 5 of her clinics.  This year I am hitting the beginner with my green horse and the Advance II on the open horse. (already did the Advance twice). She is just amazing!  Energizer bunny, rides all the horses.  Really gives hands on individual attention.  Super awesome, don't miss out on it, you will be a repeat student!
