Shelter Dog Lover Posts: 10277	They called with a question about an order I placed online. I took the opportunity to ask about an issue with one of my horses and Stephanie said she would talk to Bob and call me back. I just received a voicemail that they are also sending some products at no charge for my other horse. What a great company, they have my loyal business!

Reaching for the stars.... Posts: 12708	Many years ago I had a mare with a terrible, horrible club foot. I talked to them about products and were so responsive. Also sent me some products to try. I wish I had a use for some of their products still. My horses have become wholly sound and no issues since I replaced bagged feed with alfalfa and top quality timothy only. I'm glad to know that Bob and team are still the great peeps they have always been!
