Expert Posts: 1255	In the early 60's my father made statues out of fiberglass which is all over the world he made horses life size cows Paul Bunyan Bobs big boy A&W root beer and several others but he just worked for pay tho he wasn't happy because he wanted his signature on them but he was told he couldnt so he had a job offer from Walt Disney that he had to turn down because he got enfazema from working with fiberglass the Dr gave him six months to live but he lived another 17 years. He had a ver painful life but continued to make small wood carving and western picture.Im not even sure if the company is even there anymore but wondering if a guy could take legal action since that's what caused his lung disease

I would say you're grasping at straws here and if you wanted to sue, it should have happened when your dad was diagnosed. You'd have to find a heck of a lawyer with a TON of evidence and multiple people who died from the same thing in order to bring this about. An example from my fam....My grandpa died of Asbestos poisoning (and whatever complications there are from asbestos) from working at the govt. ammunition plant. Quite a few died of this and so the families got a law suit together. It was at multiple plants, not just here. They won. One guy isn't going to cut it.

Firing up a lawsuit isn't the way to gain recognition.
