High quality. They are out quite a ways if you order a custom. Very popular here in utah. I know the owners well and am more than happy to support them...good people. I used to ride only martins, until I sat on a burns.

I have one on order - I had my horse fitted by Wendy Winn prior to ordering. I felt very balanced in the saddle. I didnt rock me forward or set me too deep/back. I was debating on either a Burns or Pozzi
(I currently ride a Pozzi
) ... My deciding factor on ordering was 1. I felt they had the best warranty policy. 2. They are located in Utah
(which I am as well
) so if there was an issue with the saddle I could be there in person to discuss.

LOVE. I have their 20 tree which fits both my guys well. If my colt fills out anymore heβll probably need a 30. Incredibly balanced and both of them move great in it. My finished horse will drop really hard at a barrel of his shoulders are just the littlest bit bound up. Zero drop in the Burns. We have hit way fewer barrels since making the switch and the ones we have hit have been on the way out because we just overworked - I canβt really fault him there.
Iβll own more, worth every penny and Wendy is fantastic to work with!

I love mine but it has a different tree than most of their barrel saddles and it doesn't fit my horse I am running but it fits most everyone else great. It has help up well and no issues at all. I would gladly take more and hope to order a new one this year.

I didn't care for the one I bought and had a heck of a time selling it. It was a gorgeous saddle, but it sat me in a bit more forward
position than I like to be
(I prefer to ride something that allows me to really roll my hips and get my feet a little forward through a turn. The burns rides alot more upright and put me in a "go"
position even through a turn.
). Didn't fit my horse at all, but I probably needed the 30 tree instead of the 20, despite sending pics and getting confirmation a 20 tree would work. I was a little disappoitned in the lack of help in marketing it for resale from most of their reps, even though I didn't purchase it through them, still thought they'd be more help reselling it or at least share my post, especially since I offered to pay commission even though I was losing money where it was priced. Never had a saddle leave as much roughed up hair as that one though. Very nice quality and very pretty to look at. Just not my cup of tea.

Love love love my Burns. I've been on the fence for over a year and finally bought one this summer. I got the new #40 tree and its completely changed us as a team We went from struggling to both of having complete confidence and some great runs! Wendy Winn is a master at saddle fit. I was fortunate enough to also win a custom Burns at a Slot Race in September so I'm working with Wendy on getting my new one. It takes about 6 months.
