I'd like it to be able to work either way. |

| She likes First Down Dash, so I'd go to another son.
Fighter On Fire throws big, pretty babies and they look like runners.
Stoli has some considerations for early booking I believe.
Makr It Anywhere's numbers are hard to beat.
I would say Dashin Bye, but they flat don't sell worth anything...even when he was in LA, his averages stunk. They might bounce up a little, but I wouldn't count on it.
The 3 I listed are stallions I really like and respect...their foals also get some respect at sales and run. |

If you want Louisiana bred, check out Corona Caliente who is now at Hart Farms! He is awesome and so are his colts.
I second this! Almost EVERY one of his siblings are making HUGE names for themselves. Corona Chick is a dam line I love, and you have your Dash for Cash line in there.... He's very affordable and your Louisiana bred. Corona Chick's foals all have great conformation too.

His numbers aren't that hot...which is why he is only 1500. I like him and think he'll have runners here and there, but he won't command a yearling price, nor is he a "good" bet for a race horse...he's a gamble. |

I would choose Corona Czech or Captain Courage over him. But Captain Courage is out of her budget and there is no Dash For Cash. Corona Czech isn't Louisiana bred...

Mighty Corona is a super cute horse...and he's in LA...and budget friendly...plus he should have a big crop of foals this spring, setting up yearling sake potential for breeding this spring (2014 foals will be running as 2yos when she goes to sell this one and they'll be running in LA). Caliente is in his 1st Louisiana season so you don't have that advantage. |

But I'll forgive you I guess
Since you mentioned Dashin Bye I have to show you this pedigree. My friend just got her a month or so ago. I saw her a couple weeks ago and she's beautiful!

Location: DUMPING CATS AND PIGS IN TEXAS :) | When I tell y'all this is a tough decision I mean it lol. I definitely appreciate all input. This mare has no breeding problems. Her only fault is me. I broke my arm and lost the drive I had, she has no breeding problems. This is such a hard decision. I have a stallion. I've been burned by some stallion farms mentioned. I know what the obvious choice is, but I'm being offered great deals by farm's attempting to prove their studs.....tough decision....I really do appreciate all input...thank you all. |
