You do know that the decision not to hear that particular case was not a decision made by Justice Scalia alone right? And that it was one of many cases that our Supreme Court decided not to decide on? |

He absolutely loves flaunting his power as much as his insults. I hate the man. I agree, and for the record, I think Justice Scalia was murdered, yep.. I said it. Should have been more of an investigation into his death, not just sign off without even seeing the body then embalm him, JMO.

The way I understand it, the ruling of the last court to deal with it stands if the SC refuses to deal with it.
