Location: North of the 49th Parallel | Since I'm six weeks post-op I figured I'd start running to get in shape and oddly enough I love it. But I need suggestions on good running shoes and sports bra's! I hate double bra'ing it when I run (I'm a 36DD) and I have been using my mom's super good running shoes but she's a .5 size smaller and I just bled through socks because of a blister so evidently I need my own shoes. Any other suggestions when it comes to running is appreciated. Thanks! |

Location: Sperry, OK | I just bought the new Victoria Secret sports bra to workout in... LOVE it! It is super supportive, but you still have boobs (no smashing down)! I am a 38D, so we should compare pretty close. |

I highly suggestion hitting up a specialized running store. They can watch you move on a tredmill and fit shoes to the way you step - for instance I rotate in on my heel, so I land on the outside of my foot and take off from the inside- makes no sense, I know. I have had 3 knee surgeries (ACL twice and reattaching my knee cap once). I also LOVE to run and work out. I wear through a good set of shoes about every 6 months.
Anywho, my local running shop set me up with awesome Mizuno's that have support in the right spots for my feet and the way I move! I also love Brooks and Saucony's. I have had good luck with all of them lasting for a decent length of time with good support for my knees, hips, and whatnot.
Sorry I have no real good suggestions on the bras ... I just run in UnderArmor compression bras but I don't think they work for the ladies with real tatas ... mine are tiny compared to yours!
ETA- just cleaned up my horrid spelling

Location: Texas | Ditto on the running store. Get good shoes. Apparently socks make a difference too. I started running 5ks and got a pair of Mizunos. I started having an issue with the tendon on the top of my foot and decided to go for a different pair. I am two weeks into not running to try and get my foot healed. No other workout hurts it except running. It's getting better so hopefully I'll be back on the road soon. I really think I was lacing my shoes too tight and the toe box wasn't quite large enough which caused the problem. Oh & can't help on the bras. I am a member of the IBTC.

Location: Gainesville, TX | Underarmor sports bras. They really lash the girls down. Get a size smaller than recommended generally and one of the zip up ones. I'm a 38 DD and they work great for me. |

Location: Alberta | Is there a Believe Fit and The Running Room in Calgary (probably) go there,. The Running Room will watch you walk and recommend the right shoe (I've bought 2 pairs from there love them). Believe Fit has awesome bra's and workout clothes, it's pricey and one of a kind BUT worth the cost!!!! |

Ditto, I don't run but do lots of different types of cardio at the gym. I only wear Brooks and I have to buy new shoes about every 6 months. |
