Proud to be Deplorable Posts: 1929	I live in Ohio. In 2012 CUYAHOGA COUNTY ( Cleveland) Obama received 115% of the registered votes. In HAMILTON COUNTY ( Cini.) he received 118% of the registered vote. MY question which has never been answered is HOW CAN YOU HAVE MORE THEN 100% of the vote. Both countys have declining population over the past 15 years yet some how managed to come up with 38000 new voters. And to add insult to injure both of these countys held up results until the eleventh hour to report the results. Interesting that Ramey was winning until than.
