So I've got a pair of norfields magnetic hock books
(saving for a pair of phts, but that's beside the point
) Apparently the tack room in my trailer has QUITE the leak :/ I went to get my hock boots our for my horse today and the little tack box tote thing they sit in was filled to the brim with nasty water....and the hoots are soaked. I set them on the fence to dry out for now. My question is.....are the magnets ruined? Or can I hose them off to get the dirty ness off and let them dry and they'll be good? Anyone know?

I sprayed them off a but ago. They were so gross. They're on fence drying now. I'm hoping someone can tell me if getting them wet ruins the magnets or not...hopefully not....

I don't know why water would ruin a magnet, but I don't have a lot of experience that way either.

Now that I think about it, I realize this maybe been a completely stupid question on my part. Lol.

I gently hand washed mine with soap and water as suggested by the manufacturer and mine still work per the tester I have.

They should be fine. I used to have the norfields hock wraps and washed them many times
