You could call this person and just ask if they sold horses?

| Me either. I googled it & it is in the far southwestern part of the state, so it isn't far from Georgia.
Edited to add- I googled directions from the address above in Mineral Springs, GA to Culberson, NC- it shows 10 minutes. Probably a pretty good lead.
