| Matthew 25:21 His master said to Him, Well done, good and faithful servant.
You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.
Taking care of elderly parents, going to doctors, store etc is time consuming.
There is nothing more important I can do with my time than take care of them. It is a privilege to be with them during this time of life.
When Jesus related the parable good and faithful servant in Matthew, I believe one of His points was to emphasize the value of the little things. So often we tend to think of what is spiritual or important in grandiose terms, but in this parable, as well as in the life of Jesus, we see that the little things were often what concerned Him.
I believe there is no greater thing than spend time with my parents. No my name won't get into the papers, so no one will really know. But Jesus does know, and for our faithfulness in the little things, He says, " Enter into the joy of the Master"
What little thing has Jesus assigned to you today? So it with joy in your heart , knowing He sees and is delighted by your faithfulness.
Father God guide me today to do all things that bring glory and honor to You AMEN
For it is WITH God all things are possible

| My grandma passed away yesterday morning and my mom updated her cover photo to a really pretty picture of this verse. It was the first I had heard of it and I think it is absolutely beautiful.
My grandma was a beautiful soul and I know she was welcomed with hugs and rejoicing! Thank you for sharing
