| I was approached by someone who made me an offer on my horse that they say is more than market value but not sure if maybe my expectations are a bit too high. He is a 10 yr old own son of DTF and a cow bred mare. Easy to ride and is always 1D/2D at the big shows against some tough horses. What would he be worth. He doesn't have any rodeo experience but I know he could handle it if I would take him. |

Location: Probably On the Road to the Next Barrel Race! | name your price, they approached you...just a guess, but maybe $50 -60,000. He's 10 and that;s the time to cut loose of a gelding, you can get top dollar now, wait 2 years, ad you'll be looking at $35 or less. Good luck |

Seriously just depends on a lot of things.
If you were comfortable with the offer I would take it. If you weren't then don't take it. |

Good point I never really thought if it that way. Thank you for your input. I understand it is tough to judge just from a post on here. |

| How much are people giving for 1d-2d horses? Are they paying for themselves? The price of horses have really skyrocketed |
