They said no more shootings, suspect is in custody. He was carrying a military ID. Ugh, I hate that I'm from Florida sometimes |

| Shooter is from Puerto Rico and lived in Alaska ... and got a permit to ship his guns.
But federal authorities told ABC News tonight that Santiago recently received mental health treatment after he showed up at the FBI’s Anchorage, Alaska office claiming that the government was forcing him to watch videos produced by the ISIS terror group.
The agents described him as incoherent.
Apparently no follow up ... or was he telling the truth??
