Hello Again!

I currently haul with a 26' titan stock combo. It's pretty big and pretty heavy. The dressing room will SOMEDAY be converted into a weekender package, however I haven't had the motivation to start it yet lol Selling it or trading it in is NOT an option..

BUT I am wondering if I should invest in a smaller weekender GN (2-3H slant) or a BP and a pickup bed camper? I love my stock for week day jackpots because I can throw 7-8 horses in and hit the road and come back the same day! But I don't like it when I'm on the road with my 1-2 horses for long term trips.. I do have plan on eventually getting a second trailer in the future regardless, just wondering which way to go with about a 10k budget.

I recently purchased my first GN (a 4Star 3 horse) after having multiple BPs all my life. IT TOWS SO NICE! I can't imagine ever going back to a BP. You don't even know the trailer is behind you with the GN! --other than the fact you cant see out your back window which feels so weird to me still! lol It doesn't weave, it stays right where the truck is. It's just a much simpler towing experience.

I'm the odd man out. I love my 3H bp!!!!!!!

Our big trailer is way too big to just run around in. I just love my bp!

For me, a small run around trailer is sure handy to have.  Bumper pulls are easier and quicker to hook up than a gooseneck.  Also, a bumper pull follows the tow vehicle without cutting corners, which is nice in a tight spot.  However, a BP can dang sure take over control of your vehicle, so I'm very cautious about the size of the trailer and the tow vehicle and how to load it.  Good luck with your decision.

I won't haul my horses in anything but a gooseneck.
