Lived to tell about it and will never do it again Posts: 5408	I just looked at the used by stamped on my MVP Breathe'-02 Paste that I bought a few months ago, says 03/2022. That is a nice long shelf life.

Warrior Mom Posts: 4400	I haven't tried that particular one.. just bought the gastroplex and the electro-aid .. sale was buy 4 get 1 free so I wanted to stock up a little. I got a tube of Amp-Air from CEP to try as well ... theirs are a bit more on price but you get 6 to 8 doses out of it instead of 2. I just like having them on hand just in case.
