I do!! And he is awesome! His cataract developed when he was a 5YO right as I was starting him and it was slow going for a while, but he is solid as a rock now. Nothing bothers him, nothing spooks him. I run him to left
(blind side
) and he runs til you sit and ask him to turn so it's all up to the rider but he is great.

I got some drops for my dog that are supposed to reduce the cataract. They are called CAN-C drops. I have only been giving them a short time, but worth a try!
