Is Tri-Hist and Ani-Hist back on the market?!  I have a gelding that suffers from HORRIBLE allergies in the summer and this is coming off the Dex/Albuterol thread but I really want to try one of them on him this year if its back available.. Also which one have you noticed to work better?

Not sure, but Bob from THE can make you an allergy formula. Just give him a call.

It is on the market, but it's prescription only.
Command Allergy is a good product as is Pulmoshield.

I got Trihist last month via my vet

My gelding tends to keep a cough so I keep him on this and it really helps reduce the coughing

Ani-Hist works better in my opinion because its tastes better for the horse. Used it fro years on my old gelding. You have to start right after the frost ends and keep it up until the frost starts in fall. So long as i stuck to that never had an issue with him again. Trih-ist always had to be syringed because horses wont eat it in their feed. Tend to waste more as they spit it out
Its by prescription now, no longer able to get it on the regular market
