What length do you that use 5 Star pads use? I currently have a 30" pad and I always think it looks a little big. But then I see a 28" 5 Star and I'm worried it'll be to small. I ride in a Standard, round skirt Pozzi.

I'd flip your saddle over and measure it front to back.  You should probably have at least an inch front and back of pad sticking out.  So if your saddle is 28, you should have 30 inch pad.  If saddle is 26, 28 would work.

I personally like 32" pads but I ride in 15-15.5" seat saddles.

I had a 28 long and it was JUST long enough to fit under the skirt of my 16 inch Pro Rider. So I went with a 30 and it fits perfectly. Plenty to work with.

My hubby rides in a 14.5 and he has a decent amount of pad when he uses his 28 long pad.

I just prefer the 30.

I went with a 29" for that very reason.  That's a 13.5" Tod Slone combo saddle for reference.  I think the saddle is 24-25 inches long (measured it years ago).

My 30" is just much too long for my 14" barrel saddle in my opinion

I just got my first 5 star pad in the mail yesterday. I am a little disappointed in the length. I ordered it to be 30" long but it seems bigger than that. Its the same size as my Classic equine ones which are labeled 31x32. Measure your saddle and go from there but don't be afraid of the 28" like I was!

Here's my 30 (gray) with a 16 inch square skirt pro rider and a 28 (black) with the same saddle.

I have the barrel length (28") for my 14.5" Pozzi and I love it.  It's not long enough for my 15" Triple Creek (the skirts are much larger), but if you're wondering about Pozzi then you should be great with a 28".  I'll try to find a pic of mine and I *think* that OhMax rides in a 28" as well in her Pozzi.

Edited to show the 30" with same saddle.  It is the top picture.
