A friend of mine told me that aloe be a juice had to be syringes into mouth and not top dressed on feed. Has anyone else heard of this before. I am wanting to start feeding it and it sure would be easier to top dress. Also how much do your typically give. And lastly did you actually see any results?

I feed one cup a day top dressed on feed and buy it from Walmart by the gallon
($6
) and 2 gallons lasts me about a month so it's super cheap! I really noticed a difference
(Plus my horse is picky and this helps to eat her oats better
) and I took her off it for awhile and she got symptoms of ulcers again so I would say it really works!

I feed it top dressed 1/2 cup per feeding. I noticed that a lot of "ulcer preventative" supplements have Aloe Vera in it. I too get mine at Walmart.

What brand is it? I have looked all over WalMart and can't find any. Maybe they just don't have any where I am.

Look in the area where Meds and supplements are sold at your Walmart.

I fed 1-2 cups a day on top of his grain and noticed a huge difference in just 2 weeks. I also got it at Wal-Mart.

Thanks for the link. They don't have it avaiable for pickup at any Walmart within 50 miles of where I live.
Guess I will have to look elsewhere or order it. Bummer!
