Saddle fit help or buy new saddle

I need some advice.
My Rocking R barrel saddle has been lifting off my horse's back, it does this when I run too. I use an impact gel pad. My horse is a short back ranch bred. He has somewhat wide shoulders. I think the problem comes from too narrow of bars and gullet.
So my question is, what can I do now to help? I am also looking at new saddles, can anyone recommend some brands to try?
Thanks!!
I am trying to post a picture!

If it's too narrow then you def need a new saddle.
I have the opposite problem, my saddle is too wide. Easier to add the padding then try to take it away for a saddle that is too narrow.

If your shoe is too small is there anything you can do to make it fit better?
If the saddle is too wide you can shim it to "get by with" if it's too narrow you need a one.

When you say lifting off do you mean the back to the saddle is rising up? That should be because of a too big of a gullet and some extra padding should be a temporary fix if you're waiting on muscle regeneration. If it's lifting up in the front then it's time for a new saddle.

Yes the back of the saddle is lifting off the back. I will try to post a picture.

Hopefully this links works. This is the only picture I can currently find of a side view of the saddle.

This is exactly the problem I've been having with one of mine now that she's grown and filled out. She's build like your horse too. It's like the gullet is too big in back and too narrow in the front. I use a rear cinch to help but it doesn't solve the issue completely. I don't have any advice since I'm on saddle #3 and pad #4 right now and still not pleased...bumping for you as I'm curious on this one...

Two things I see - first - is your pad an inch thick? It appears to be a 1" Impact Gel? Too much - I'd go with a 3/4" or 1/2" pad. Second, your saddle looks just a wee bit too far forward so i would move the pad and saddle back about two inches. My two cents. Without seeing how the saddle fits over her withers it's hard to tell much else. Good luck.

It is a 3/4inch Impact Gel, but thanks for the input. I will try moving the saddle back some. Any one have any advice to saddles to try?
