Location: Texas | I used to listen to audiobooks all the time, but recently Audible became money hungry and it slowed down my purchases. It used to be that if you bought the book on Kindle, you can get the audiobook for $1.99. It has since gone up to $7.49 a book plus the ebook price. However, I think if you have Amazon Prime you are eligble for free audiobooks books, much like their Kindle Unlimited, through their program. I've never tried it, just heard about it. |

Location: Northwest | Download the Overdrive app. You'll need a library card number from your local library to set up your login but after the initial set up it's super easy to use. They have a gazillion audio books and ebooks. It's totally free. |

Location: Somewhere around here | I just downloaded Audible too but I'm only trying it out while it's free. I started listening to "How To Be A Bawse" by Lilly Singh. I've been a fan of her for a long time now and it's a great motivational book! |

| If you enjoy mystery/suspense ... I highly recommend "Into the Water" and "The Girl on the Train" ... both were great on audiobook and are written by Paula Hawkins who is still a newer author.
What is your favorite genre of book and I can help steer you towards some ....
Also, I like Audible. The app works well for me on phone and computer (while at work). I know there are other apps, but I have enjoyed it for about 2 years now and my mom can access my account as well, thus enabling sharing pretty easily. |

| I've been using Audible for a few years now and really enjoy it. But I saw this link on FB and I am checking into it cause I'm thinking of canceling Audible. It's called Playster and supposedly 14.95 gets you unlimited books as opposed to just one a month. But, not sure! It's Playster.com |
