Location: TX | **Shawne Bug Leo NFR QUALIFIERS breeding lineup showcase**
We thought this was really neat to highlight. It’s pretty exciting to look at these top professional athletes and NFR Qualifiers (jockeys or mare owners) that have bred/booked their special NFR mares to AQHA Stallion (one of the last sons standing of Shawne Bug) Shawne Bug Leo or are booking/bred a special mare they own to him.
1) We have NFR Qualifier and reserve world champion TR Dashing Badger (mare owned by Harry Thomas and ridden by Jill Schimkat Moody) that’s been bred to SBL. They have a 4 year old mare together that’s won $43,000 so far.
2) Jana Bean, NFR Qualifier and Go Round Winner has bred Petticoat a rodeo money earner to Leo and has a 3 yr old filly currently in training.
3) Sue Smith, NFR Qualifier has bred a mare she owned Long Live Cowgirls to Leo and has a 3 year old gelding in training right now.
4) Michele McLeod, NFR Qualifier and Go Round Winner is booked and breeding her special mare to Leo this year. Pictured here with Slick By Design.
5) Taylor Jacob, NFR Qualifier has booked her mare This Firewater Rocks to Leo this year.
6) Kimmie Wall, NFR Qualifier and Go around Winner has booked her NFR mare, Foxy to Leo this year.
7) Sydni Blanchardi Blanchard, NFR Qualifier has booked one of her great mares this year.
8) Cole Edge, NFR Qualifier and Torrie Edge have booked twice and bred twice their NFR producing mare, JK Ima Brucita to Leo. They have a yearling and a 2 year old.
9) Jacque Woolman, NFR Qualifier is breeding a special mare to Leo this year, Yella Izabella. She has won over $12,000 on a full sibling to one they are making called Bar B Arabella Bug who is owned by Kelli Ann McPherson.
10) Jane Melbyy, NFR Qualifier and Go Round Winner has bred her NFR mare RC Back in Black. Baby is due this year.
11) Michelle Hoffman Darling has booked and is breeding her NFR Qualifier and Pendleton Champ with Stevi Hillman, Morning Traffic "Martini".
More are booking daily and we look forward to what the future holds for all these special mares and their babies. Thank you to everyone involved with these babies for their support.
**IF you are wanting to breed to Leo then email us at [email protected] or [email protected] for your contract. He was blessed with having the highest selling yearling in any barrel auction in 2017 for $50,000 with Lady Rompin and his babies totaled $122,200+ in sales wit 7 sales and/or Po's in 2017. These babies have been bringing 5x+ the amount of his stud fee as weanlings. His book is over half full for 2018. Check him out under BHW under his ad.

Location: Oregon | He’s at the top of my list for next year too! Wanting to pull an embryo on my 1D Frenchman’s fabulous x hum dot com mare (dash ta fame) just can’t swing it financially this year. When will his book open for 2019? |

Shawne Bug Leo's 2019 book will OPEN first of OCTOBER in 2018! He is officially BOOKED FULL for 2018 for cooled shipped semen. We will offer a few 2018 contracts for frozen semen if someone is interested. We are very proud of him and for what he has accomplished this year. He has been a blessing and we are grateful for everyone's support. We would love to have you contact us for a contract for next year if you are still interested. Thanks again for the support!!! |

Location: Texas | My Reckless Dash mare is 60+ days in foal to Shawne Bug Leo!!
I am super excited for this cross because Reckless Lucy's half sister by Shawne Bug was Levin Lucille, who had over 100k LTE. Crossing Reckless Lucy on Shawne Bug Leo will create a horse bred in close likeness to Levin Lucille. Also, Reckless Lucy herself was a 1D, PRCA rodeo money earner, and is already a 1D producer with her first foal, so we are really really excited to see what she does when crossed on him. |

Location: north dakota | I have a really nice baby by him out of a CC x DTF mare. I’m really impressed and the only thing I would change is I wanted a filly instead of a colt. I bred a mare to him with the pedigree flipped to him this year, a daughter of Dash Ta Fame out of a daughter of PYC. |
