Tweaked my knee working out, painful and swelling on the inside of  knee.  I still went to the gym yesterday but had to really watch I didn't hurt it more.  I wrapped it in bigeloil gel overnight and swelling and almost all the pain is gone :).    It is a good product.

It works great and I love bigeloil...... but be careful wrapping with it. I wrapped my ankle with it, and about the 3rd time it burned my skin... its still peeling off
