I Chore in Chucks Posts: 2882 Location: MD	before I moved when I was living with my parents my mother and I were the ultimate lazy butts! we'd eat out at least 4 meals a week. Since I've moved to Maryland (Aug 2012) I've only eaten fast food a handful of times and let me tell you my body regrets it every time I eat it! I'm sluggish, sick feeling, and my skin will break out basically immediately.

Undercover Amish Mafia Member Posts: 9992 Location: Kansas	I don't see how you can eat it 4x a week! I always take a healthy microwave meal to lunch with me daily, and I cook healthy as well....I've noticed a huge change once I started eating healthy....I feel soo much better

Expert Posts: 2097 Location: Deep South	I can tell a huge difference in my energy levels. I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water throughout the day, but some weeks I just don't make it happen, those weeks tell on me big time.

California Cowgirl Posts: 14973 Location: California	I refuse to eat fast food anymore , the energy drop and sluggishness are so severe after eating it that it is not worth it to me. I was never a super healthy eater but after changing my diet to healthier choices and cutting out the fast food and sugars, I no longer feel like napping halfway through the day .

It ain't pretty.
