hammer_time - 2013-12-05 3:59 PM  Used2B makes a good point.....turns out my mom is allergic to dairy and that's why she was always miserable and tired growing up.  You might look into that.  Some allergies don't have scary reactions, they just suck all your energy out fighting against the food you're eating.  I guess the word is "intolerant".
