I just posted in the other thread that I'd be there in a heartbeat if they had it there.
They even call it Nashvegas. You've got your nightlife, country music (Grand Ol' Opry), restaurants, shows, etc.
For a city, I really like it.

Out of pure curiosity, why isn't it held at Southpoint? Is is that there's more spectator seating at the T&M? I actually think the SouthPoint has more seating, but I would guess having it at the T&M is part of their contract. There's not 18,000 seats at the South Point. They are building a new indoor pen to mirror the current one, but, I don't think it's 18,000 seats
There's 4,600 seats at the South Point.

Bridgestone could pull it off. They can seat 20,000 and they've hosted rodeos in the past. There is lots of night life, bars, clubs, concerts on every corner, tons of nice places to eat, shopping galore, hotels, good places for contestants to put horses outside of the facility, NBA isn't hard to navigate either. However, parking would be an absolute BEAST. I may as well walk from my house....which is an hour away.
