Location: South Dakota		 I want to plan the ultimate NFR trip.  I need to know the following things and would like some help

1.  Where do you buy tickets?  I have seen several places, but would hate to get scammed.

2.  How do you know where the cowboys and cowgirls are staying?? 

3.  Have you ever purchased a package rate deal, and does that work out?

4.  Are there shows that you MUST SEE.  I've seen Vegas shows, and been to the finals.  But I want this to be the funnest experience ever.  So what are the best shows you've been to in Vegas?
