What do you think of this qh stud colt yearling? He looks awkward to me right now. But hopefully that will change as he grows. I don't know his breeding either.

His back looks a little long but maybe because he is higher in his back end right now.. Pasterns also look kinda long and hocks are higher than I like.

This is just my totally uneducated opinion I suck at judging yearling/baby conformation so I am interested to see what everyone else says.

I agree that I don't like his front end and will add his hind end looks very straight to me - almost halter bred straight (please don't flame, but this is what we see in the halter arena).  His pasterns are long as well, and long pasterns are not something a youngster grows into.  Steep shoulder and hip angle.  Cute expression :)
