Location: Midwest | I'm just gonna throw this out there and the time of year for breeding quickly approaches so I am just looking for suggestions that would be a good cross on my mare. She is currently out of commission for a while due to injury so I'm exploring what options other than just sitting. Thank you! http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/sfw+frosted+indian

Location: Midwest | I would like to stay under $1000 or as reasonable as possible, may consider a higher allowance. I'm looking for something to compliment my mare, with speed and a sound mind to cross with her. I'm open to any suggestIons and options though :)

| Is this horse to keep or sell? What are your mares strengths and weaknesses?

Location: Midwest | Plan to keep it, but just curious what a good cross with her bloodlines would be. |

Personally, I think he's one of the nicer paint performance studs out there. The FWF may cross nicely on your Sun Frost. Your mare and this stud both go back to moon lark, but I don't see that as a big problem. |

Location: Oklahoma & Texas | The most bang for your buck I'd go with Dashing Dynamo...top rate bloodlines and excellent confirmation...he's going to be big in 3 to 4 years when his babies start hitting the barrel pen ....if you want something more proven and can spend a little more Shawne Bug Leo...same owner and they are even offering a 2 for 1 right now if you buy a breedingto SBL you get a free one to Dynamo...from what I've seen already booking to both studs they are going to have a lot of nice babies in the barrel pen soon...I bred 2 mares to SBL last year and will be breeding back to him again...and Dynamo is one smooth cat I definitely would send some his way! |

Location: Feeding those that need me | Are you looking for a paint or quarter horse? We stand several very nice APHA performance stallions. |

Location: Peg-Leg Julia Grimm | Is she colored or not? If not, go to a colored paintthat will upgrade her and help her where she needs it. If she is colored, go to APHA or AQHA that will upgrade her and help her where she needs it. |

Location: Midwest | Thanks for the replies! Keep em coming! She is a very loud bay tobiano, lots of white and betting what ever I cross her on would get something with color, so either paint or quarter is fine. I would attach a photo but not sure how to get it to load. |

Location: TX | Thanks BBrewster for the shout outs! Shawne Bug Leo has two proven, honest babies running right now that are wicked on the pattern and they are both registered paints. We love them and one of them won $4,000 in one months time and won money every weekend at a barrel race for one month straight as a 4 year old with her new owner. We have people booked to bred paints to Shawne Bug Leo and to Dashin Dynamo this year.
Shawne Bug Leo is known for passing on down a sane mind to his babies. They are extremely smart, easy to train, and are easy horses to own. They are easy keepers. He passes down colts that are deep in the heart girth, nice rounded hips, low hocks, and puts a nice shoulder on them.
Dynamo will throw the run in his babies and has white hairs throught out his coat so we are thinking he will throw coon tails and rabicanos as well. He is beautiful, straight legged, has an amazing disposition, and just an overall breathtaking stallion. He is for $750 and will be in major incentives before these babies hit the arena. He is by First Down Dash and out of Ronas Cover Girl by Ronas Ryon. |

Looking at your mares pedigree she needs all the speed you can add to baby to be competitive in the future ...
Here is a crop out qh stallion that has been the typical number 1 paint racing sire for the past 10 years. Finding a stallion that is dominate for speed and conformation over paint bloodlines is tuff to find. ROYAL QUICK FLASH has this gene capability ever year and his paint get run out around $600,000 each year ....
His produce record just exceeded $5 million last year to take over the previous sir Judy Lineage with $4 million in earnings ...
BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK ... $1000 and you may find him on an auction somewhere .... doubtful since they don't have to advertise him that much ...
or call and tell them you want to do a barrel baby ... Larry is a very nice guy!!

You can see that his conformation takes after his HEMPEN TB bloodlines ....>>
He is what we call a chisled out statue of a horse ... very correct!!
