I am really needing something to help me with my posture. I slouch so much it is terrible. Is there anything out there that people with bad posture can wear to help get their shoulders back and not slouch so much? Any help is appreciated!

I used to have pretty bad posture, not just when I would ride but in general. I made a HUGE effort to be aware of how I was sitting, standing, walking that I started correcting myself. I sit up straight to where I feel like I look weird and then I know I'm sitting straight. I didn't use a back brace or anything to help, I just would constantly catch myself and correct it.

I have good posture when I ride because I did ballet growing up and it carries across to physical activity. Non-physical activity is another story. I am terrible about slouching when I sit!
