I really like JAF Tack. They have some gorgeous designs and I think they are very reasonably priced. You can see a lot of their past designs on their Facebook page.

Also have used JAF. She's awesome and really works her tail off to make what you want!

Kaylie Maresca Wilson on FB does amazing work. She's always set up at Youth/Open Worlds and was at Cowboy Christmas in Vegas this year. I've done a lot of business with her. Her tack is great quality and she is super easy to work with.

Not sure how blingy you want to go. But my husband got me this set for christmas and I am very impressed with the quality. the leather is super soft and thick.

If you like bead work...BarrelsNBeads is awesome and very reasonable. You can add a little bling to spic it up.

Joanna Parker is making really nice stuff. Quality work, she can customize it however you want. Blingy as you want, or exotic skins, or whatever. These are from her personal FB, so I'm not sure if the albums are set to public or not. Hopefully you can look through them!

Β Running Roan is favorite. She's a BB here. I had the privilege of having dinner with her when I lived in Texas and have ordered a few things from her.
