You can work up to feeding 8 ounces per day of vegetable oil but I fed it for a few years and never saw any results. I am trying some DAC Oil now. It cost more but you feed less and have better results from what I have heard others say. I started a big thread on the best oil on here a few weeks ago and everyone recommended DAC Oil or Healthy Coat Oil or Cool Calories.
