I wish they would spend as much time investigating something important other than a traffic jamb on the east coast.

This is what you get when you are a "moderate".  Moderates have so-called "core values" that change with the prevailing winds of public opinion.  They feel passionately about nothing....because their passions change from day to day.  Christie got his ass in a bind and where was the GOP establishment?  Where was the adoring media?  Where was Obama who Christie gave bear hugs to a week before the Presidential election?  Christie is left to twist in the wind.  He's getting what you would expect from spineless "moderates".  Like a Wildebeest being devoured by a lion, while the other cowardly Wildebeests look on.

But the same'ol same'ol got us to where were at now as a country.

People need to stand up for the constitution and vote for and do whats right not what they think others in their party want. Until this happens our country will continue to go down hill. Ron Paul is a great example of this in many instances, he is against abortions personally but doesnt want to tell others they cant have an abortion.

I hate abortion too, and I want to see them go away, but I simply think that abolishing abortion cannot be accomplished through legislation.  That doesn't mean they should be funded with taxpayer dollars, however. The only way to see abortions become more and more rare is through education and winning hearts and minds.  I have had several personal experiences where I was able to simply talk sense into someone who wanted to have an abortion.  People need to formulate a personal philsophy about whether or  not they consider a baby in utero a living human being.  They need to know facts.  They need to know what happens when an abortion is performed. They need to be made aware that carrying through with an unwanted pregnancy and putting the baby up for adopton can be a very selfless, rewarding experience that will serve as a badge of honor for the rest of their lives.  They need to understand that this is an opportunity to GIVE LIFE, rather than exterminate it.  There is absolutely nothing on the face of the earth more rewarding than to be able to say you made a personal sacrifice, so that someone can be given the opportunity to life and pursue their own happiness, and go on to do good deeds for others themselves.  How many people can actually honestly say they literally saved another human beings life through personal sacrifice?  This is the message that needs to be promoted.

I agree with all of that but I dont abortion should controlled by legislation even if it could. Now for late term abortion...

That was my point....I do not think it can or should be "controlled" or abolished through legislation.
As for late term abortion, everyone agrees it is a gruesome horrific act of butchery.

Four Americans died at Benghazi and the liberal media handled it with a big yawn.  Traffic jam on a bridge involving a Republican governor and they're on it like a duck on a Junebag.  Totally disgusting.
