We ALL need light to see clearly. When life is beating the life out of us, He is our salvation. HIS IS LIGHT . HE IS HOPE HE IS OUR ROCK. HE ALWAYS WANTS TO RESCUE YOU. Allow God to go before you today and make a way for you. Allow Him to go within you and bring you peace, joy ,and contentment. Allow Him to come along behind you and carry you through life's darkest days. Today, wait on the Lord to do these things. Wait, be full of courage, and He will strengthen you. WAIT ON HIM!
This is very hard for me, as I plan, and want things done yesterday. being in control is hard for me to let go.
In Psalm 27:14 Wait on the Lord , Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say on the Lord.
Three yrs ago I lost my joy, my peace, when identity theft took my name. I felt breathless, out of control, helpless.
I believe this Psalm 27 spoke to my heart, for the peace and guidance I need to help me take a step back, rest in the Lord. Most of us know in our head that there are some things that are just out of our control, it makes us panic, depressed, helpless. If we keep the Lord in our heart, and soul, it will trump the head thoughts, bring us back to our place in the Lord.
If we prepare for tomorrow today, tomorrow will prepare us for life. Lord, test us, today so that we will be ready for tomorrow..
Psalm 27:13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
