Anybody ever decorate a cow/buffalo skull? Looking into painting one turquoise or copper and may add details. Have seen many pictures just have no opinions on what's best to use, etc!

Seen a native paint one last summer at a rodeo trade show. Appears that they just use an enamel based paint. Started by bleaching the head than he washed it real good.

I am trying to get our local leather crafter to wrap one in tooled leather. Seen one on the internet with a brand on it that was way cool.

Good luck.

I painted one. First using primer to seal it and so the paint won't peel. I used acrylic paint and then used a spray on art sealer to finish!
